The EHS Engineer plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive technical safety and health support to both production and office personnel. This role involves developing and implementing robust safety and health programs and objectives, while also overseeing the coordination of effective safety training programs. In addition, the EHS Engineer diligently monitors safety and health regulations, ensuring that plant and office personnel receive the necessary technical support to maintain full compliance with federal, state, and local safety and health regulations.

Maintenance Lead Mechanic

The Maintenance Lead Mechanic leads maintenance crews in the installation, repair, and preventative/predictive maintenance of equipment used throughout the plant. The Maintenance Lead Mechanic will also be an individual contributor and conduct machine setup, perform repairs/preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting on plant equipment. (5:00pm-4:00am)

Plant Manager

The Plant Manager will lead the attainment of the vison through successful leadership of Maintenance, Quality, Production, and support functions while collaborating with other areas of the organization.  Ensure that the facility has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively achieve goals and ensure short and long-term operating efficiencies. The position accomplishes this through a respectful, constructive, and energetic style, guided by the objectives of the company.
