Sanitation Technician
The Sanitation Technician is responsible for performing cleaning and sanitation tasks to ensure Sanitation Standard Operation Procedures (SSOP) are met. ($20-$22.50/ hour D.O.E.)

The Stockroom Technician is responsible for the management of the inventory control systems, maintaining detailed record logs, reviewing parts and tools warranty, and the general upkeep of the stockroom. ($22-$23 hour D.O.E.)

The Refinery Operator is responsible for assisting the manufacturing and production process by refining and deodorizing fats and edible oils such as tallow, lard, coconut, etc. (12:00pm-10:30pm, Sunday-Wednesday)

The Edible Rendering Operator is responsible for tending equipment used to render and process animal source material including animal fat trimming. (8:00am-6:00pm)

Maintenance Mechanic
The Maintenance Mechanic conducts machine setup, performs repairs/preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting on plant equipment to include, but not limited to: centrifuges, vacuum pumps, mixers, packaging machinery, conveyors, etc. (4:00am-12:30pm or 1:00pm-9:30pm)

Maintenance Manager
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing maintenance and construction personnel in the installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of facility, machines, equipment for the purposes of minimizing/eliminating downtime and remaining in USDA/FDA/BRC/Cal-OSHA compliance. The Maintenance Manager ensures the plant is operating efficiently, effectively, and safely while providing continuous improvements and development of the plant.

Packaging Operator
The Packaging Operator is responsible for operating, tending, troubleshooting, and general preventive maintenance of machines used to package food products for storage and shipment. (4:00am-2:30pm)
Plant Manager
The Plant Manager will lead the attainment of the vison through successful leadership of Maintenance, Quality, Production, and support functions while collaborating with other areas of the organization. Ensure that the facility has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively achieve goals and ensure short and long-term operating efficiencies. The position accomplishes this through a respectful, constructive, and energetic style, guided by the objectives of the company.
